Personopplysninger som i all hovedsak er navn, e-post og i noen tilfeller telefonnummer og fødselsdato hentes inn for å kunne kommunisere med potensielle, eksisterende og tidligere kunder, i tillegg til å kunne levere bestilte tjenester og produkter samt ha mulighet for å behandle en eventuell klage. HVA BEHANDLES OG HVORDAN HENTER VI INN DATA
Persondata
Noen personopplysninger henter vi inn frivillig, dvs bruker legger igjen personopplysninger slik at vi kan levere informasjon på epost, samt bestilte produkter og tjenester. Noen personopplysninger er vi pliktig til å hente inn og oppbevare i henhold til gjeldende regelverk. (F.eks regnskapsbilag er lovpålagt i henhold til bokføringsloven). Vi henter inn personopplysninger i all hovedsak via kontaktskjema på nettsider, e-post, telefon, tekstmelding og meldinger via sosiale medier. Annen form for kommunikasjon kan også forekomme.

Merk at behandling av personopplysninger i relasjon til spesifikke tjenester og produkter kan være regulert i egne avtaler som er tilgjengeliggjort på de spesifikke produktsidene. Listen over hvilke databehandlingstjenester vi benytter er ikke konstant da vi stadig tester ut nye markedsføringsstrategier og metoder. Vi benytter anerkjente leverandører og gjør det vi kan for å undersøke at alle databehandlingstjenestene vi benytter følger GDPR-lovgivningen.

SIKRING AV PERSONOPPLYSNINGER
Vi tar sikkerhet på alvor og ivaretar personopplysninger på best mulig måte slik at uvedkommende ikke får innsyn eller har mulighet til å endre og påvirke personopplysningene. Vi benytter kun anerkjente IT leverandører og programvare.

INNSYN OG RETTING
I henhold til personopplysningsloven §18 har du krav på innsyn i de opplysninger som er registrert. Innsyn kan fås ved å sende en skriftlig henvendelse til karianne@kariannebb.no. Dersom de registrerte opplysninger ikke er riktige eller de er ufullstendige kan du kreve disse rettet i henhold til personopplysningslovens § 27.

OPPBEVARING OG SLETTING
I henhold til personopplysningsloven §28 skal opplysninger som ikke lenger er nødvendig ut fra det formål de er lagret for, slettes. Vi lagrer personopplysninger om kunder i henhold til den enhver tid gjeldende norske/europeiske lovgivning.
Du kan når som helst kreve sletting av all personlig informasjon vi har om deg, med unntak av opplysninger vi er nødvendig eller pliktig til å oppbevare i tråd med gjeldende regelverk, f.eks bokføringsloven.

Abonnement på appen Form Livet Bevisst
Appen Form Livet Bevisst blir tilgjengelig i AppStore og Google Play Store i løpet av februar/mars 2024. Appen består av kurs i det å være kodet kvinne, kunsten å si nei, samt et ressurssenter med forskjellige verktøy for personlig utvikling. Innholdet legges frem både som veiledningsfilmer, lydfiler, illustrerende bilder og filmer, i tillegg til at det legges opp til livesendinger og spørretime.
Appen fungerer derfor som en kunnskapsbase for kvinner, og her får du temaer som vi kvinner trenger å vite om oss selv når vi er opptatt av å utvikles som menneske.
Alle kan laste ned appen via app-butikkene. Det er en del gratis innhold. Dersom man vil ha tilgang til mer innhold i appen, så kan man tegne månedsabonnement.

Egenskaper til månedsabonnementet:
Man tegner månedsabonnement inne i appen, altså etter at man har lastet den ned og aktivt velger å bli månedsmedlem. Man betaler med kort gjennom betalingsløsningen STRIPE. Man betaler umiddelbart for 1 måned (30 dager, kalenderdato til kalenderdato). Deretter blir man trukket fra samme kort hver måned utover inntil man sier opp abonnementet.
Kundestøtte inkludert oppsigelser

Betaling for månedsabonnement
Stripe / Braintree / Apple / Google. Hvis du velger å bruke tjenesten vår (laste ned appen Formlivetbevisst) , vil vi behandle betalinger gjennom vår tredjeparts kredittkortbehandler. Alle slike transaksjoner vil bli styrt av Stripes personvernerklæring på stripe.com/privacy. Vi mottar eller lagrer ikke kredittkortinformasjon på våre servere i Passion.io. Vi mottar et transaksjons-«token» og et engangs-ID-nummer slik at vi kan validere at transaksjonen er fullført.
Fordi vi ikke beholder kredittkortinformasjonen din, må du angi informasjonen din på nytt hver gang du foretar en betaling.
Hvilke personopplysninger vi samler inn og hvorfor vi samler de inn
Appen vil samle inn «Personopplysninger». «Personopplysninger» betyr her all informasjon knyttet til en identifisert eller identifiserbar fysisk person («Datasubjektet»), f.eks. ditt navn, din adresse, ditt telefonnummer eller din e-postadresse. Hva slags data samler vi inn?

9. Stripe / Braintree / Apple / Google
If you choose to use our Service we will process payments through our third party credit card processor. All such transactions will be governed by the Stripe privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We do not receive or store credit card information into our servers. We receive a transaction “token” and a one-time use ID number so we can validate that the transaction has been successfully completed. Because we do not retain your credit card information, you will need to re-enter your information each time you make a payment.‍
